The Central Government today appointed former Madras High Court judge, Justice PN Prakash, as the Special Public Prosecutor for NIA cases before the Supreme Court. The Ministry of Home Affairs confirmed the appointment. Justice Prakash will represent the NIA in several pending cases. He was designated as a Senior Advocate by the Supreme Court after retirement.
