Calcutta HC Seeks Report on Cases Against Trinamool Leader Arabul Islam

Today(on 8th April), The Calcutta High Court has mandated the state to submit a comprehensive report on cases involving Trinamool leader Arabul Islam by April 16. Arabul’s wife has accused the police of targeting her and escalating legal actions against her. The next hearing for this case is scheduled for April 16. Arabul was arrested on February 8 and faces various charges.

Delhi High Court Enhances Security Measures Following Bomb Threat

The Delhi High Court received a bomb threat via email from someone named Balvant Desai, stating the bomb would detonate on 15/02/2024. Security measures have been intensified, and an investigation is underway. The High Court has taken the threat seriously and bolstered security within and around the premises.
