[Pune Porsche Crash Case] Accused Minor’s  Father Granted Bail

Today, On 27th June, the father of a 17-year-old boy involved in a fatal Porsche accident in Pune was granted bail. The boy faces charges under the Juvenile Justice Act and the Indian Penal Code. The Bombay High Court also ordered his release from an observation home. Additional arrests were made related to alleged alcohol service to the minor. A series of legal actions and investigations continues.
