New Delhi: The father of the victim in the RG Kar Medical College rape and murder case has voiced concerns about the ongoing investigation. He has alleged that multiple individuals are involved in both the crime and the tampering of crucial evidence. Speaking to ANI, the victim’s father revealed that his family has filed a petition in the High Court, submitting 54 questions in an effort to secure justice for his daughter.
The investigation into the young doctor’s murder suggests premeditation, as modified duty rosters were noticed prior to the incident. Key suspects Sandeep Ghosh and Sanjoy Roy have been linked through evidence, including exchanged photos and video calls. Forensic findings further implicate Roy, who has been arrested as the prime suspect.
On the order of the Calcutta High Court, the CBI Anti-Corruption Branch Today (Aug 24) registered a case against Sandeep Ghosh, the former principal of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. ANI has reported that the CBI has filed an FIR against Sandeep Ghosh and started a corruption investigation.
