The Delhi High Court Today (May 1st) issued notice to the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on a plea alleging that more than 70 thousand kilograms of heroin, worth nearly Rs 5 lakh crore, has disappeared from the seizure records of the government between the years 2018 and 2020.
