Consequently, the case was dismissed as withdrawn.
Former Calcutta High Court judge Abhijit Gangopadhyay Today (April 22nd) called the court’s decision to cancel all SLST recruitment appointments in West Bengal’s government-sponsored schools an “appropriate judgment.” He further demanded the immediate resignation of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in response to the order on April 22nd.
