CJI Directs Maharashtra Gov. For Immediate Release of Land in Bandra for New Bombay High Court Building

The Supreme Court ordered the Maharashtra Government today (17th May) to release the initial land parcel for the new Bombay High Court building without delay. Concerned about the slow progress, the Court also discussed temporary alternative sites and the selection of architects. Further proceedings are scheduled for July 15 to review the progress.
