The Delhi High Court Today (Aug 29) rescheduled the hearing of Umar Khalid’s bail plea in connection with the larger conspiracy of the Delhi riots case to October 7. Umar Khalid, who has been accused under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) for his alleged involvement in the 2020 Delhi riots, had his bail plea re-notified for this new date.
