The Supreme Court of India has extended its interim stay on the criminal defamation case against AAP leaders Arvind Kejriwal and Atishi regarding their 2018 comments on voter list removals. The court allowed BJP leader Rajeev Babbar four more weeks to respond. The trial court proceedings remain on hold until further notice.
