Today (9th May): The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in response to Lava Mobiles’ Managing Director Hariom Rai’s plea seeking an extension of interim bail in the Vivo PMLA case. The Court emphasized Rai’s critical health condition and scheduled a further hearing on May 13.
