The Jharkhand High Court rejected Rahul Gandhi’s plea to dismiss a defamation case filed against him for derogatory remarks about Amit Shah in 2018. Despite Gandhi’s response, the court reserved its decision. Gandhi was also granted bail in a separate case filed by BJP leader Vijay Mishra, asserting his innocence throughout the proceedings.
