He previously served at the Punjab & Haryana High Court, Jammu & Kashmir High Court, and Calcutta High Court, and as Chief Justice of the Allahabad High Court. He will retire on April 15, 2027, after a distinguished career.
Justice Manoj Misra, born on June 2, 1965, graduated from the University of Allahabad in 1988 and began his legal career at the Allahabad High Court. After 23 years in practice, he became an Additional Judge in 2011 and a Permanent Judge in 2013. He was appointed as a Supreme Court Judge on February 6, 2023.
Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah, born on May 11, 1963, in Bihar, has held various legal positions since his graduation from Patna Law College in 1991. He served as Standing Counsel and Government Advocate for Bihar, became a judge at the Patna High Court in 2011, and was elevated to the Supreme Court on February 6, 2023, retiring in 2028.
