Supreme Court of India Today (June 16) said Samajwadi Party can go to Allahabad High Court again about the eviction of its Pilibhit office. The court refused the old petition but allowed a fresh legal challenge.
The Samajwadi Party has approached the Supreme Court challenging the cancellation of its office allotment in Pilibhit, calling the action “ill-conceived, abrupt and illegal,” and alleging it was done without notice or justification.
On Tuesday(14th May),Justice Abhay S Oka, presiding over the Supreme Court bench, rebuked the SC Registry for its recurring failure to compile previous case orders, impeding the efficient review of past directives.
