Today(on 1st July),Pune police plan to challenge the Bombay High Court’s decision to release a 17-year-old involved in a fatal Porsche accident in the Supreme Court. The High Court stressed adherence to juvenile justice laws. The police argue the teen was under the influence of alcohol while driving, causing the deaths of two IT professionals. The case has led to various legal entanglements for the juvenile’s family.
