New Delhi, January 27: A defamation complaint filed by former Congress MP Sandeep Dikshit against Delhi Chief Minister (CM) Atishi and AAP MP Sanjay Singh has been scheduled for pre-cognizance arguments in the Rouse Avenue Court.
The Himachal Pradesh High Court issued a notice to Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu in response to civil defamation suits filed by Davinder Kumar and independent MLA Hoshyar Singh, seeking damages of Rs 1.05 crore over alleged derogatory remarks. The suits are part of a broader pattern involving other former Congress MLAs and an independent MLA.
