Delhi High Court acquitted a man in a 2023 sexual assault case, ruling that vague references to “physical relations” without detailed testimony or supporting evidence are insufficient to prove rape or POCSO offences.
Today, On 15th July, The Allahabad High Court stayed the arrest of RCB cricketer Yash Dayal in a sexual exploitation case. The court remarked, “One can’t be fooled for 5 years,” while questioning the credibility of the prolonged relationship claim.
