New Delhi, March 17– The Supreme Court of India on Monday declined to hear a petition challenging an order from the Gauhati High Court, which had adjourned sine die (without setting a future date) a case related to the protection and preservation of Kaziranga National Park in Assam.
NEW DELHI: Former Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) minister Kailash Gahlot withdrew his petition from the Delhi High Court on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. The petition challenged the rule that requires state government ministers, including the Chief Minister, to get political clearance from the Central Government before traveling abroad.
