The Delhi High Court has been petitioned by BJP’s Subramanian Swamy to revoke Rahul Gandhi’s Indian citizenship. This stems from concerns over his alleged roles in a UK company, where he reportedly declared himself as a British national. The matter will be heard in the coming week. The Ministry of Home Affairs is yet to disclose any decision despite seeking clarification in 2019.
