The Central government Today (Oct 1) notified the appointment of 2 judicial officers as Patna High Court judges. The newly appointed High Court judges are Justices Shashi Bhushan Prasad Singh and Ashok Kumar Pandey. The Supreme Court Collegium had recommended the elevation of the two Bihar judicial officers as High Court judges on September 24. Union Law Minister (Independent Charge) Arjun Ram Meghwal announced that this recommendation has been cleared by the Central government on his official X (formerly Twitter) handle.
