Judicial Magistrate Vinod Kumar of Tis Hazari Courts today denied bail to SUV driver Manuj Kathuria and basement owners Tejinder Singh, Parvinder Singh, Harvinder Singh, and Sarabjeet Singh in the case of three civil services aspirants’ deaths.
