Kiren Rijiju slammed Kapil Sibal as an “average lawyer,” saying, “One MP can’t dictate his personal agenda to Parliament,” after Sibal opposed any impeachment move against Justice Varma without probing Justice Yadav’s communal remarks.
Senior Advocate Adish Aggarwala said that such remarks could damage the healthy relationship between the executive and the judiciary. He was responding to BJP MP Nishikant Dubey’s recent comments about the courts.
