The petition, filed by lawyer Abhinav Garg, highlights the challenges faced by lawyers and litigants due to the absence of an independent online platform for this court.
The President of India has transferred Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya from Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court to Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, following a Supreme Court Collegium recommendation. Justice Alok Aradhe is appointed as Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court. Both appointments took effect as of January 14.
