Today(on 3rd April), the Calcutta High Court instructed West Bengal to comply with a previous order to transfer the investigation of deaths and injuries at Daribhit High School to the NIA. The Court emphasized urgency and ordered the provision of critical documents to NIA. It also addressed compensation for victims’ families.
