They argue that the ED is obligated to investigate and punish those responsible for the question paper leaks under the PMLA and IT Act. The Supreme Court has scheduled the next hearing for July 8.
Today(on 21st June),The Supreme Court refused to stay the NEET-UG 2024 counseling process but issued a notice to the NTA, scheduling a consolidated hearing for July 8 by tagging new pleas with pending ones. Earlier, it had stayed proceedings in three high courts regarding challenges to the conduct of NEET-UG 2024.
