The Supreme Court on Monday(18th Nov) dismissed a petition for an inquiry into Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose’s death, stating it falls outside judicial authority. Justices Surya Kant and Ujjal Bhuyan advised the petitioner to pursue the matter through appropriate political channels. The court criticized previous allegations made against historical figures as reckless.
