Today, On 12th August, The Supreme Court expressed concern over the unchecked growth of medical institutes and the lack of implementation of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions Act, 2021. The Court has directed the Union and State governments to take necessary steps to implement the Act by October 12, emphasizing the need for regulation in the healthcare sector.
