On Wednesday(1st May), The Delhi High Court issued a notice in response to the Enforcement Directorate’s plea challenging Nitin Bhatnagar’s bail in the Moser Baer money laundering case. The court scheduled a hearing for July 24 and allowed Bhatnagar to respond. The case involves financial transactions linked to prominent individuals and the seizure of assets worth USD 47.95 million.
