Today(on 11th May), Delhi High Court addressed the DHFL bank loan fraud case, issuing notice to CBI in response to Dheeraj Wadhawan’s bail plea on medical grounds. A hearing is scheduled for May 17. The CBI had initially dismissed the bail plea, instructing Wadhawan to surrender before applying for bail. The court emphasized the need to comply with the Supreme Court’s orders.
