Today(10th Sept),The Supreme Court has ordered the Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute in Dehradun to release original academic documents for 91 MBBS students, which were withheld over fee arrears. This decision, made by a bench led by Chief Justice D.Y. Chandrachud, allows the students to proceed with their careers and medical exams.
Today, On 10th July, The CBI arrested Rocky, the alleged mastermind behind the NEET-UG paper leak, in Patna. He orchestrated the leak and hired solvers, including MBBS students, to take exams on behalf of others. CBI arrested nine individuals in connection with the case. This highlights the need for stringent measures to maintain exam integrity in India.
