Today(on 21st March),The Supreme Court of India has taken suo motu action after a reported incident at the Gautam Budh Nagar district court, where Senior Advocate Gaurav Bhatia and a female lawyer were allegedly mistreated during a lawyers’ strike. The court has ordered investigation and enforcement of professional conduct, emphasizing the impact of such disruptions on justice.
