The Bombay High Court on 11th june denied bail to three alleged members of the banned Popular Front of India (PFI) on June 11, citing prima facie evidence of their conspiracy to transform India into an Islamic state by 2047. The accused also allegedly incited the Muslim community to wage war against the government, leading to charges under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.
