Today, On 3rd February, The Delhi High Court granted one-day bail to Kuldeep Singh Sengar for his cataract surgery. This marks the third time he has been released on medical grounds. The court’s decision allows him temporary relief for the procedure. Sengar had previously been granted bail for medical reasons.

He will undergo a 3-4 day assessment at AIIMS Delhi, monitored by local authorities. The survivor’s advocate opposed the bail, citing safety concerns and adequate prison care.
