Justice Tashi Rabstan inaugurated a new High Court Guest House in Leh, built at a cost of Rs 12.42 crore, to provide lodging for visiting judges and judicial officers. He acknowledged the support from the administration and highlighted the importance of improved accommodations for judicial personnel. Additionally, he opened an Additional Court in Srinagar.
Today, On 1st October, a Public Interest Litigation was filed in the Delhi High Court challenging the detention of climate activist Sonam Wangchuk and fellow activists during a peaceful march. The case will be heard on October 3, highlighting concerns about activist detention and regional issues in Ladakh, such as political representation and environmental protection.
