NEW DELHI: 10th May: The Supreme Court is set to hear a petition on May 13 that challenges the order blocking the YouTube channel ‘4PM’ and seeks its quashing. On May 5, the Supreme Court issued notices to the Centre and other concerned parties in response to a petition filed by Sanjay Sharma, editor of the digital news platform ‘4PM’, which has a subscriber base of 73 lakh.
Today, On 20th February, A Delhi court rejected the defamation case filed by AAP leader Satyendar Jain against BJP leader Bansuri Swaraj. Jain had accused Swaraj of making defamatory remarks against him. The court ruled that the statements did not warrant legal action. This decision marks a legal victory for Swaraj in the ongoing political tussle.
Today ( 6th April) A complaint has been filed against Sunita Kejriwal and other leaders for sharing court proceedings on social media, violating Video Conferencing Rules. The complaint alleges a planned conspiracy to manipulate court proceedings and mislead the public. It also targets Aam Aadmi Party members and opposition parties for sharing the recordings.
