The Madhya Pradesh High Court granted bail to a college lecturer, Dr. Nasheem Bano, arrested for allegedly hurting Hindu sentiments by sharing a video after the Pahalgam terror attack. The court said forwarding a message alone can’t justify indefinite jail.
