The Allahabad High Court directed the Bar Council of India to accept a visually impaired candidate’s late application for the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE)-XIX after he missed the deadline due to a university error in his exam result. The candidate, Navendu Aggarwal, can now apply within a week.
