    Today, On 29th July, The Allahabad High Court overturned the Ghazipur MP-MLA court’s ruling that sentenced Samajwadi Party MP Afzal Ansari to four years in prison for the murder of former Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Krishnanand Rai. Ansari can now keep his Lok Sabha seat. The murder case relates to the late gangster-politician Mukhtar Ansari.
