Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court Today (Aug 24) extended the Judicial custody of Bibhav Kumar, close aide of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal till September 13, in the Swati Maliwal assault case.
The Delhi High Court Today (August 2nd) rejected the plea filed by Bibhav Kumar challenging his arrest in the Swati Maliwal assault case. Kumar was arrested by the Delhi Police on May 18; his bail plea has been rejected by the High Court and the trial court.
A Delhi court on Tuesday (July 30th) took cognisance of a Delhi Police charge sheet filed against chief minister Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar in connection with the alleged assault of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) parliamentarian Swati Maliwal, and extended his judicial custody till August 24, the next date of hearing.
The Delhi High Court Today (July 12th) denied bail to Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar in the Swati Maliwal assault case. On July 10, the court postponed its decision on Kumar’s bail application, scheduling the judgment for today.
The Tis Hazari court Today (July 6th) extended Bibhav Kumar’s judicial custody until July 16 in the Swati Maliwal assault case. Arvind Kejriwal’s aide was presented via video conferencing.
A Delhi court Today (June 22nd) extended till July 6 the judicial custody of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar. Kumar is accused of assaulting AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal on May 13 at the chief minister’s official residence.
The Delhi High Court Today (May 31st) transferred the plea challenging the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s close aide Bibhav Kumar in the Swati Maliwal assault case to the roster bench hearing cases involving Members of Parliament and Members of Legislative Assemblies (MPs/MLAs).
