Today, On 2nd May, The Allahabad High Court has rejected a PIL filed by Hindu Front For Justice seeking an SIT probe into Robert Vadra’s Pahalgam Terror attack remarks, stating petitioners can pursue civil or criminal legal options instead.
The Allahabad High Court will hear a petition against Robert Vadra on Friday regarding his controversial comments on a recent Pahalgam terror attack, where 26 people died. The petitioners seek a Special Investigation Team’s formation and legal action for Vadra’s remarks, which they claim threaten public harmony and national security.
