[MUDA Scam] Karnataka HC Extends Stay on Trial Court Proceedings Against CM Siddaramaiah Until September 12

Today, On 9th September, The Karnataka High Court extended the stay on trial court proceedings against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in the MUDA case until September 12. The case involves alleged irregularities during his tenure as Chairman of MUDA. The court postponed the hearing on Siddaramaiah’s petition challenging the Governor’s approval for his prosecution to the same date.
