Today, On 6th November, the Delhi High Court announced a CBI investigation into Rahul Gandhi’s alleged dual citizenship following a PIL in the Allahabad High Court. BJP leader Subramanian Swamy seeks to revoke Gandhi’s citizenship, contending he holds British nationality. Court proceedings are set for December 6 amid concerns of parallel petitions.
