Madras HC Grants Legal Shield to School Management in PM’s Coimbatore Roadshow Case

Today 5th April, The Madras HC granted legal protection to a private school management against coercive action by the Coimbatore City Police related to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent roadshow. Questions raised during a petition to dismiss an FIR filed on March 19. The case will be further heard on April 8, with instructions for the law officer to prepare relevant case laws.
