‘The State Police Have Failed, Cannot Handle Investigation’: Calcutta High Court Demands Report From Police on Vandalism On Durga Puja Pandals

The Calcutta High Court, led by Justice Hiranmoy Bhattacharya, ordered the Police Superintendent to compile a report on incidents of vandalism during Durga Puja, following a plea for an independent investigation. The court emphasized the need for transparency and directed that the report be submitted by November 14.
