The Karnataka High Court granted relief to comedian Ratan Ranjan in the case over a video showing Rahul Gandhi’s image on a sanitary pad, directing police not to file a chargesheet against him or co-accused Arun Kumar.
The CBI today alleges that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal manipulated the liquor policy for illegal gratification of Rs 100 crore from the South Group, increasing wholesaler profits. Kejriwal faces legal proceedings and was arrested on June 26. The CBI claims his influence obstructed a Corruption Act inquiry in Punjab, criticizing his lack of cooperation in the investigation.
