Kerala: The Kerala High Court on Wednesday (15th Jan) criticized well-known businessman Boby Chemmanur for refusing to leave jail even after being granted bail the previous day in a sexual harassment case filed by Malayalam actress Honey Rose.
Boby Chemmanur, a businessman, was arrested on January 8, 2025, after actress Honey Rose accused him of sexual harassment during a jewellery event. The Kerala High Court granted him bail, subject to strict conditions, emphasizing the need for caution in societal comments about body image. Chemmanur denied the charges, claiming they were baseless.
