A Delhi court has ordered the Director of the Forensic Science Laboratory to appear in person regarding a case involving former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and others accused of violating the Prevention of Defacement of Property Act by illegally displaying large banners in 2019. The director failed to submit a report, prompting the appearance order for June 28, 2025.
