Today, On 5th December, AAP MLA Naresh Balyan was presented to a sessions court after his arrest in an organized crime case. The Delhi Police sought his transfer to a specialized MP-MLA court, which the judge denied, citing lack of jurisdiction. Balyan, facing multiple legal issues, has denied extortion allegations and claims political conspiracy against him.
