Today(21st March),The Delhi High Court denies interim relief to Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy case, leaving him vulnerable to potential coercive action by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). The ED conducted a search at his residence as part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of manipulation of the Delhi Excise policy. Kejriwal’s plea for relief has been postponed to April 22.
