The Delhi High Court granted an ex parte interim injunction protecting Delhivery’s registered trademark and copyright from unauthorised use by alleged fraudsters. Justice Jyoti Singh noted defendants used deceptively similar marks to impersonate Delhivery and extort customers online money.
The Delhi High Court on Tuesday (3rd Dec) issued a temporary injunction against Scholars Den for labeling Physics Wallah as “sasta wallah” (cheap one), claiming it misrepresents the company’s affordable yet quality courses. The court determined that Scholors Den’s ads could cause irreparable harm to Physics Wallah’s reputation before the next hearing in April 2025.

The court mandated the removal of specified posts, directing the privatization of public domain videos until further orders, and affirmed that this action does not violate freedom of speech.
