The Delhi High Court Today (Nov 27) dismissed a petition seeking establishment of Board for Protection of Sanatana Dharma on the lines of Waqf Board for the protection of Hindu religion. The Bench said that the matter is one which falls within the domain of policy and courts cannot interfere.
